Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
