Shipping Policy

Shipping origin
All orders are inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched from Marrakech, Morocco.

Where we ship
We currently ship to selected international destinations shown at checkout. We do not currently offer delivery within Morocco. If your country is unavailable during checkout, we cannot accept an order for that destination.

Shipping cost
We provide free international shipping to all supported destinations. The shipping charge shown at checkout will be $0 USD.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery
International delivery normally takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, or remote destinations may extend this estimate.

Tracking and insurance
Each guitar is shipped in reinforced protective packaging and insured for its purchase value. Tracking information is emailed after the order has been dispatched.

Customs and import charges
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price.

Damage or loss
If an order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at contact@guitarti.com within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Keep the packaging and provide photographs when reporting damage so we can assist with the carrier claim.
