Are your guitars suitable for beginners?

Our headless guitars are designed for beginners, hobbyists, and professionals. Contact us for help choosing a model that suits your needs.

Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?

Orders are dispatched from Marrakech, Morocco. We ship to selected international destinations available at checkout. We do not currently offer delivery within Morocco. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we cannot accept an order for that destination.

How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. International delivery normally takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, or remote destinations may extend this estimate. Shipping is free to supported destinations. Customers are responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the product price. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. Do you sell accessories separately?
